The KLEEN WHEELS Corporation gained the prestigious German TUV approval for their Turbo Vented brake dust shields following extensive testing on a Mercedes SL. A surprising result to them was that the braking system actually ran cooler with the dust shields installed and this was put down to the fact that the extra area of aluminium in the back of the wheel along with the directional air vents assisted the heat dissipation resulting in the lower operating temperature of the braking system. KLEEN WHEELS are the only brake dust shield made 100% out of aluminium and should not be confused with any other similar product.
